Process Information

Our future scenarios are normally products of an intense collaboration between us and our appreciated clients. The main idea of these images is normally to depict complex scientific contents in a way that is understandable, attractive and viewers can quickly relate to. Before we start working visually we are engaging in an extensive research phase to understand the technological matter that we are supposed to communicate. It is imperative that we gain a deep insight into the various layers of the project.

Intense collaboration assures that we gather understanding for the complexity of the context at hand.

After our research we define together with our client a scenario that would suit best to communicate the contents: a hyperdense city? a submerged industrial complex? Or is it a distant planet? We take pride in our expertise to create compositions that have a high depth and show lots of little stories on different levels of scale. This conceptual stage oftenly is best done on a sketch base.

After we agree on a very rough compository idea, we mostly switch into 3d to see if our concept is also working in an spatial environment true to scale. From that point the image is gradually refined starting from rough models going to precise details to tell exactly the story that you intend to bring across. It is our strong intend to combine the “dry facts” with a strong narrative. Only then your audience is able to emotionally connect to the subject and  hopefully your scientific research will turn into fascinating future worlds ready to explore !
